Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how VendWorks LLC ("VendWorks") handles information submitted through this website: the business inquiry form and the VendWorks VIP Club signup.

Information We Collect

Business inquiries: your name, email address, organization (if given), inquiry type, and message.

VIP Club signups: your mobile phone number; your first name and favorite machine location if you choose to give them; the date and time you signed up; your membership acknowledgment; whether you checked the optional text message box, plus the exact wording you agreed to and when; and how you reached the signup page (for example, a QR code on a machine or our Instagram link, and which machine, when the link identifies one).

To prevent abuse we also process your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of it, not the address itself. The signup page sets small first-party cookies to remember how you arrived (up to 90 days); they are not used for advertising.

How We Use Information

Inquiry information is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential hosting, partnership, or business opportunities.

VIP Club information is used to manage your membership, show you any member offer that is available, understand which machines and links bring in members, and — only if you checked the optional text box — send you marketing text messages once texting launches.

Text Messages (Not Yet Active)

VendWorks is not sending text messages yet. Joining the VIP Club does not sign you up for marketing texts; that requires checking the separate, optional text message box, and it is never required to join the club, make a purchase, or receive a member discount. When texting launches we may ask you to confirm your opt-in by text before sending marketing messages. Once texting is active you can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We use service providers to run this website and store data on our behalf, including our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Neon), and our email provider (Resend). When texting launches, we plan to use a messaging provider (currently expected to be OneSignal) to send texts to members who opted in. These providers may process your information only to provide their services to us. We will update this policy before any new provider receives member information.

Age Requirement

The VIP Club is intended for adults 18 and older. Parents and guardians who want updates for their family should sign up with their own number. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children.

Your Choices: Withdraw Consent or Delete Your Data

You can, at any time — including before texting launches — ask us to withdraw your text message consent, correct your details, or delete your VIP Club record by emailing partnerships@vendworksco.com from any address and including the phone number you signed up with. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from you. If you withdraw text consent, we won't restore it based on an old record or a later form submission. If you ask us to delete your record, we keep only your phone number on an internal do-not-text list so you are never messaged by mistake.

Data Retention and Security

Inquiry submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and process your request. VIP Club records are kept while you are a member and until you ask us to delete them. Consent records (what you agreed to and when) are kept with your membership so we can honor your choices. Member records are stored in our private database and are accessible only to the VendWorks owner through a verified sign-in.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes to how we use VIP Club information, we will update the date above and, where required, ask for your consent again.
