These Terms govern your use of the VendWorks website operated by VendWorks LLC. By using this site, including submitting an inquiry or joining the VIP Club, you agree to these Terms.

Use of This Site

This website is provided for informational purposes, to allow visitors to submit business inquiries, and to let customers join the VendWorks VIP Club. You agree not to misuse the site or its forms, including submitting false or malicious content or someone else's phone number.

No Guarantee of Response

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response, partnership, or hosting agreement. Any resulting business relationship with VendWorks would be governed by a separate written agreement.

VIP Club Membership

The VIP Club is free and intended for adults 18 and older. You must use a mobile number that belongs to you; parents and guardians should use their own number. Membership lets VendWorks keep your details on file as described in our Privacy Policy. Membership alone does not sign you up for text messages.

Optional text alerts: text messaging has not launched yet. If you separately opt in, VendWorks LLC may send recurring automated marketing texts about restocks, new products, and offers once texting launches. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase or club membership. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or email partnerships@vendworksco.com at any time — including before launch — to withdraw consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Member Offers

Member discounts are coming soon and are not available until announced on the signup confirmation page. When an offer is available, its code, amount, minimum spend, expiration, participating machines, and any limits or exclusions are shown on that page and apply as stated there. Codes are entered on the machine's payment screen before payment. Offers have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting purchases already made. VendWorks does not guarantee that a discount will be available at every machine or at all times.

Leaving the Club

You can leave the VIP Club or ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing partnerships@vendworksco.com. VendWorks may end the VIP Club or remove members who misuse it.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes to text message terms will not expand any consent you have given without asking you.
